The installation of the local version of Parlameter in the Trbovlje municipality was carried out in cooperation with the municipality, which greatly facilitated the opening of their data. Parlameter Trbovlje helps monitor various aspects of the municipality's work by collecting, analysing, structuring and visualising data in a user-friendly way. Citizens now have easy access to information on the attendance of councillors at meetings, the number of questions asked and their voting behaviour. It is also possible to analyse the activities of the individual municipal clubs. All information is presented in the form of embeddable cards that can be easily published or shared on other websites.

The Lendava Parlameter is a collaboration with the local media outlet Lendavainfo and represents the third installment of our versatile data disclosure tool for municipalities. Parlameter assists users in monitoring various aspects of the municipal council's operations by collecting, analyzing, structuring, and visualizing data in a user-friendly manner. Residents now have easy access to information about the presence of council members at sessions, the number of questions they have asked, how they voted, and the amount of words they have spoken during sessions. It is also possible to analyze the functioning of individual municipal clubs, for example, in terms of their internal (dis)unity. In the municipality of Hrastnik, we completed the second installation of the municipal version of Parlameter. Unlike the City of Ljubljana, the Hrastnik municipality actively participated in the process, making the data disclosure process even easier. Parlameter assists users in monitoring various aspects of the municipal council's operations by collecting, analyzing, structuring, and visualizing data in a user-friendly manner. Residents now have easy access to information about the presence of council members at sessions, the number of questions they have asked, how they voted, and the amount of words they have spoken during sessions. It is also possible to analyze the functioning of individual municipal clubs, for example, in terms of their internal (dis)unity. Openness Index is a result of an international survey, coordinated by the regional network of non-governmental organizations Action SEE. Within the project we analyzed the transparency of the National Assembly of the Republic of Slovenia, which, through a comprehensive comparison of five different factors (transparency, accessibility, integrity of deputies, efficiency of the National Assembly, open data), came out as second most open in the region. Although this result looks encouraging, there is still a lot of room for improvement – as far as the integrity of MPs is concerned, for example, we are in a disastrous penultimate place in the region.

The Bosnian version of Parlameter was launched three years after the Slovenian original, with the help of the partner NGO Zašto ne, which also maintains it. Parlametar facilitates the monitoring of work in the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina by analysing speeches and votes and transforming the data into understandable and user-friendly information. It also allows searching for decrees and laws, votes, political groups, MPs and their speeches in the Assembly.

Parlameter was created with the financial support of the Google DNI Fund as a tool to facilitate the monitoring of work in the National Assembly of the Republic of Slovenia. Parlameter analyses speeches and votes and converts data on parliamentary events into understandable and user-friendly information. It also makes it possible to search for decrees and laws, votes, parliamentary groups, MPs and their speeches in parliament.
